There is no doubt that this is a good headset made with experienced hands however I would say that the headset needs a driver or either that audio jacks to USB cable. Plugging In the Headset would basically make two Audio inputs in the Realtek Mic device ( Two mics recognized as one) which causes a lot of noise, most probably static and also probably conflict with the software. To make clear, my PC has a built in mic which is the Realtek and I can't just disable the mic via Sounds tab or else I won't be able to use my mic. However, I can conclude that plugging the audio jacks into the audio ports of my PC will only recognize it as a part of the Realtek mic and speakers instead of recognizing it as a separate device which also might be a cause of the static and the difficulty of the mic not working. I troubleshooted what was going on and concluded that the product "HyperX Cloud Alpha" I have purchased has no defect at all.
